The Costbars Project and Portfolio Management Application (PPM) add project prioritisation, selection and project levelling to the Timebars Resource Scheduler product. This enables full support for Project Portfolio Management processes. The Timebars resource scheduling engine, project baseline management and the 5 tier hierarchy remains the same but there is a ton of new features to support Portfolio Analytics for project kill decision making. There are additional reports and bubble charts. Choose to use the cloud dashboard to share the Portfolio analytics reports.
