Timebars Resource Scheduler is for Waterfall/Traditional Project Management. It is built on top of the Agilebars Scrum Sprint Scheduler but has a different scheduling engine, more hierarchies and a somewhat different user interface which is designed to make it easy for traditional non-agile resource and project scheduling methodologies.
The timephased canvas is better than a gantt chart view, saving screen realestate and improving personal productivity. Timebars offers Resource Allocation bars that support drag and drop, making it easy to front load, back load resources on a task.

Allocate resources to tasks with Drag and Drop gestures. Assign resources to specific tasks or tasks based on their availability, skills, and priorities. Double click on a resource to run the embedded availability bars. Launch Resource Demand Stacked Charts

Monitor progress in real-time: Stay updated on project status with Timebars' real-time tracking capabilities. Visualize progress through interactive dashboards or generate reports to keep stakeholders informed.
The Cloud Publishing feature is opt-in functionality with secure Cloud login and authentication. The Cloud Dashboard provides customizable and dynamic reports and graphs, for insightful visualizations. Also rehydrate the Cloud data on another device. e.g. work from your PC one minute and on your Ipad the next.

Spreadsheet Synchronization
Do your project WBS, definitions, resource estimates etc. in your favorite spreadsheet program. It has been known for years that the most productive data entry and data gathering tool is a spreadsheet, so why change? When you've completed data entry, simply drag and drop the spreadsheet onto the canvas to import the data. Now you can continue working on the project with a graphical user interface, whether it's planning, execution, or analysis phases, and be super productive.
Switch Devices
If you publish your data to the Timebars Cloud, you can pause work, switch devices, and continue where you left off. Log into the app, click the Cloud icon in the main menu, then click the 'Cloud Login!' button, log in, and click 'Re-hydrate' to download your data and continue working. Multi-user scenarios are not available unless you share the same username and password with your peers.
Efficient Scheduling and Accurate Reporting
Use the built-in scheduling engine to automatically calculate time-phased results including actual work and cost. Agree on the progress rules upfront. Drag and drop bars before and after the report data to generate the actuals. Sequence remaining work with the time-scaled canvas. There should be no arguments with the results if you set up your estimates correctly.
